Amends Section 41-59-5 to require the State Board of Health to equitably divide appropriated funds from the Mississippi Burn Care Fund among all certified health centers providing burn care services.

Removes language requiring burn care funds to be allocated exclusively to the University of Mississippi Medical Center's burn center once operational, instead mandating equitable distribution across all certified health centers.

Updates Section 7-9-70 to clarify that appropriations from the Mississippi Burn Care Fund shall go to the Mississippi Department of Health rather than exclusively to the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Maintains the Board of Health's responsibilities for developing burn care delivery systems, assigning or transferring burn patients to appropriate hospitals, and reimbursing travel and related expenses for burn victims and caregivers.
