Extends the repeal date of the Mississippi psychologist licensure law from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029, continuing the regulatory framework for the Mississippi Board of Psychology.

Increases the Mississippi Board of Psychology membership from seven (7) to nine (9) members, with the Governor appointing two new members with initial terms ending July 1, 2028 and July 1, 2029.

Reenacts existing licensure requirements for psychologists including doctoral degree standards, supervised internship hours (1,800 hours minimum), examination requirements, and various grounds for license denial, suspension, or revocation.

Maintains provisions for temporary licenses, reciprocal licensure, psychologist emeritus status, and interjurisdictional telepsychology under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact.

Establishes license fees not to exceed $700 for applications and renewals, with annual continuing education requirements (20 hours every odd-numbered year) and disciplinary procedures for violations of professional standards.
