Redefines Mississippi Medical Cannabis Equivalency Unit (MMCEU) for concentrates and infused products as one gram of total THC instead of previous measurements.

Authorizes healthcare practitioners to issue written medical cannabis certifications via telemedicine evaluation for patients who are homebound or bedbound, as certified by another practitioner.

Prohibits applicants for medical cannabis establishment licenses from seeking local zoning or permitting approvals until after receiving state licensure from MDOH or MDOR.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
