Amends Section 37-151-205, Mississippi Code of 1972, to expand career and technical education funding eligibility to include seventh and eighth grade students.

Applies a 10% multiplier to the percentage of applicable students in grades 7-8 enrolled in career and technical education courses, consistent with the existing multiplier for grades 9-12.

Students enrolled in multiple career and technical education courses are counted only once for funding purposes.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
