Creates new Section 9-19-2 to define "judge" as including trial court judges, appellate court judges, magistrates, court commissioners, special masters, referees, arbitrators, and hearing officers for purposes of the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Amends Section 9-19-9 to disqualify Commission members from cases where they file complaints, in addition to existing disqualification when complaints are filed against them.

Amends Section 9-19-21 to authorize the Commission to compel records from the Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System or successor youth court record systems.

Amends Section 9-19-21 to specify that commission counsel may present complaints to committee members, alternates, and other appointed individuals in addition to the full commission.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
