Extends the repeal date of the Mississippi Pharmacy Practice Act from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029.

Increases the surcharge on pharmacist license renewal fees from $5.00 to $10.00 to fund an impaired pharmacists program.

Authorizes the Board of Pharmacy to issue subpoenas for investigations, conduct summary suspensions without a hearing when immediate danger to public exists, and keep investigation records confidential and not subject to discovery.

Clarifies board authority to regulate pharmacy services administrative organizations, manufacturers, and allows permits to be issued for up to a triennial (three-year) period with increased maximum fees up to $1,500.

Makes various definitional and technical changes including removing minimum monetary penalties, deleting prescription form format requirements, and repealing outdated provisions regarding University of Mississippi pharmacy graduates and assistant pharmacist licenses.
