Exempts home addresses, private phone numbers, and other private information of law enforcement officers, criminal investigators, judges, and district attorneys from the Mississippi Public Records Act, including their spouses and children.

Extends exemptions to federal or state law enforcement officers and judges or district attorneys conducting operations within Mississippi.

Requires public bodies to redact exempt information from records upon written or online request from affected officers, investigators, judges, district attorneys, or their family members, and mandates each public body provide a redaction request form.

Clarifies that exemptions do not apply to court testimony given under oath and do not prevent disclosure of law enforcement incident reports or victim identity information.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
