Prohibits brewers, manufacturers, and other sellers of ales, beers, malt beverages, and malt coolers from discriminating in pricing, allowances, rebates, refunds, commissions, or discounts between Mississippi-licensed distributors and wholesalers.

Requires brewers and manufacturers to file brewery or dock prices by brand and container size with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division before selling to any distributor or wholesaler.

Price increases take effect 14 days after filing with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division; price decreases take effect 2 days after filing.

Violations are grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a seller's license to distribute alcoholic beverages in Mississippi.

Grants the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division authority to oversee and promulgate rules and regulations to implement the pricing and anti-discrimination requirements.
