Establishes a statewide domestic violence fatality review team within the Department of Public Safety with a minimum of 5 members, including the Commissioner of Public Safety who chairs initial meetings.

Authorizes circuit court districts to establish domestic violence fatality review teams by judicial order; multiple districts may create joint teams.

Teams shall review fatal and near-fatal domestic violence incidents, related matters, and suicides within their jurisdiction to identify prevention strategies and improve community and institutional responses.

Provides civil immunity to team members and witnesses/investigators acting without malice or wantonness, and protects team records, testimony, and deliberations from discovery, subpoena, and use in civil or criminal proceedings.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
