Amends Section 43-13-117 of Mississippi Code to modify requirements for performance evaluations of the Division of Medicaid's nonemergency transportation program.

Requires the PEER Committee to conduct a performance evaluation of the nonemergency transportation program two years after the implementation date of each new contract (previously required evaluation every two years beginning January 1, 2019).

Performance evaluation must assess program administration and transportation service providers to identify cost-effective ways of providing nonemergency transportation services to patients.

Evaluation results must be provided to the Senate Medicaid Committee and House Medicaid Committee members.

Bill takes effect July 1, 2025.
