Exempts retail sales to honorably discharged veterans with service-connected, total disabilities from Mississippi state sales tax.

Veterans must provide documentation from the Department of Revenue proving their exempted status to qualify for the exemption.

Adds new subsection (bb) to Section 27-65-111 of Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs state sales tax exemptions.

Exemption applies to all retail sales and is effective July 1, 2025.
