Appropriates $24,535,872.00 from the State General Fund for the Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $10,492,045.00 in special source funds for the agency, including $1,350,000.00 from the Education Enhancement Fund.

Establishes performance targets for three research areas: Plant Systems (29.78 scientist FTE, 227 publications), Animal Systems (26.09 scientist FTE, 263 publications), and Health & Sustainable Communities (43.10 scientist FTE, 212 publications).

Requires the agency to report on achievement of performance targets in its fiscal year 2027 budget request and prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds for salaries.

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and expires June 30, 2026.
