Appropriates $189,224,023.00 from the State General Fund and authorizes $1,724,088,534.00 from patient fees and special source funds for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Requires the medical center to maintain the School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Health Related Professions, School of Population Health, Teaching Hospital, and Medical Center Service Area.

Allocates funds for specific programs including $2,170,000.00 for Rural Physicians Scholarship Program, $420,000.00 for Rural Dentists Scholarship Program, $4,750,000.00 for Cancer Institute, $3,000,000.00 for MIND Center, and $1,349,998.00 for Children's Safe Center.

Prohibits medical services provided to state agencies and political subdivisions unless they reimburse the hospital within 90 days, with services discontinued if payment is not received.

Reappropriates $2,053,082.00 for the Asylum Hill Project and $82,566.00 for the Mississippi Rare Disease Advisory Council from Capital Expense Funds.
