Appropriates $6,124,038.00 from the State General Fund and $92,699,800.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Community College Board for administrative expenses for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 43 permanent positions for the Mississippi Community College Board.

Allocates $50,831,802.00 for the Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training, with commitments to be approved by the Executive Director and based only on training services provided.

Designates $30,000,000.00 from unemployment compensation contributions for workforce training and $30,000,000.00 transferred from the Department of Education for postsecondary career and technical education operations.

Provides specific allocations including $542,459.00 for the Greenville Higher Education Center, $2,500,000.00 from Workforce Online Training Program fees, and $125,000.00 from High School Equivalency Testing Program fees.
