Appropriates $1,800,000 from State General Fund and $134,937,794 from the Unemployment Trust Fund to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 389 permanent and 64 time-limited positions for the Department of Employment Security, with restrictions on salary increases unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Allocates $33,047,000 from federal Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Administration, unemployment compensation administration, automation systems, fraud reduction, and facility improvements.

Appropriates $19,617,015 from State General Fund and $19,000,000 from special source funds to the Office of Workforce Development, including $15,000,000 for the Career Coaching Program.

Designates specific funding: $1,400,000 for State Longitudinal Data System, $500,000 for Information Management and Financial Tracking System, $200,000 for Pathways2Possibilities, and $870,000 from Project Poppy Fund for expedited services.
