Appropriates $754,389.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Ethics Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 6 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the Commission.

Requires the Ethics Commission to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as Fiscal Year 2025, with comparable budget requests for Fiscal Year 2027.

Authorizes the Commission to purchase and pay premiums for casualty insurance on agency-owned passenger vehicles.

Directs preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal on price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bids.
