Appropriates $643,363.00 from the State General Fund for the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026).

Appropriates an additional $109,286.00 from the State Treasury to the credit of the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 4 permanent positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, and to submit fiscal year 2027 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and repeals June 30, 2026.
