Appropriates $220,376,205.00 for the Office of State Aid Road Construction of the Mississippi Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 54 permanent positions and establishes restrictions on salary increases, transfers, and use of federal funds as replacements for withdrawn special funds.

Allocates $40,000,000.00 specifically for the Local System Bridge Program (LSBP) to replace structurally deficient bridges.

Establishes performance targets for FY2026 including completing 85 bridge repairs, letting 75 state aid projects to contract, and maintaining administrative costs at or below 5% of construction costs.

Requires the agency to notify legislators of project awards and ceremonies in their districts at least 5 days in advance, and mandates signage crediting the Mississippi State Legislature for funded projects.
