Appropriates $363,967.00 in special funds to the State Board of Architecture and Landscape Architecture Advisory Committee for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions within the appropriated funds.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025, with budget requests for fiscal year 2027 submitted in comparable format.

Establishes restrictions on salary actions, including prohibiting salary increases unless new funds are added, and requiring personal services expenditures not to exceed fiscal year 2026 appropriations unless programs or positions are added by the Legislature.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with competitive or non-competitive bids of equal price, quality, and service.
