Appropriates $330,143.00 in special funds to the State Board of Funeral Services for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions and 0 time-limited positions for the board during fiscal year 2026.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2025 and prohibits salary increases or position escalations without Legislative approval or proof of additional available funds.

Mandates compliance with state budget restrictions, including prohibition on exceeding appropriations and requirement that general funds not replace withdrawn federal or special funds for authorized salaries.

Establishes preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids and requires the act to take effect July 1, 2025.
