Appropriates $143,843.00 to the Mississippi Board of Registered Professional Geologists for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 1 permanent position and 0 time-limited positions for the board.

Restricts personal services expenditures to not exceed fiscal year 2026 appropriated amounts unless the Legislature adds new programs or positions.

Requires the agency to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2025 and submit fiscal year 2027 budget requests in comparable format.

Provides preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when purchasing commodities or equipment with equal bids on price, quality, and service.
