Appropriates $199,100.00 from the State Board of Massage Therapy Fund to the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2025, with comparable budget request formatting for fiscal year 2027.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bidding.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
