Appropriates $378,711.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 2 permanent positions to be funded from the appropriation.

Allocates $100,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for expenses related to updating the Licensing Management System.

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as fiscal year 2025, with comparable budget request format for fiscal year 2027.

Directs preference be given to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when competitive bids are equal or when purchases are made without competitive bidding.
