Appropriates $1,276,240.00 to the Mississippi State Board of Dental Examiners for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 8 permanent positions for the board with no time-limited positions.

Allocates $27,000.00 from the appropriated funds to the Mississippi Board of Pharmacy for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Restricts personal services funding for fiscal year 2027 to not exceed fiscal year 2026 appropriations unless new programs or positions are added by the legislature.

Becomes effective July 1, 2025, and expires June 30, 2026.
