Appropriates $3,958,339.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes 20 permanent positions with restrictions on salary increases, requiring that FY2027 personal services funds not exceed FY2026 levels unless new programs or positions are approved by the Legislature.

Establishes performance targets for FY2026 including 100% licensure issuance within ten business days, resolution of written complaints within six months, and 100% registration rates for physicians, APRNs, and pharmacists in the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Allows the Board to escalate up to $500,000 of its budget for compliance examinations under the Pharmacy Benefit Prompt Pay Act and to accept funds from other state agencies for the Prescription Monitoring Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2025, and applies only through June 30, 2026.
