Appropriates $9,161,058.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $19,222,733.00 in special source funds for department operations including the Agriculture and Forestry Museum, Fairgrounds, and Dixie National Rodeo.

Authorizes 219 permanent and 13 time-limited positions for the department and establishes restrictions on salary increases and personal services spending for fiscal year 2027.

Appropriates $1,100,000.00 for the Beaver Control Program with specific funding sources including $650,000.00 from the Mississippi Department of Transportation and fees, and $200,000.00 from the State Forestry Commission.

Provides funding for specific programs including $74,805.00 for the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board, $400,000.00 for the Mississippi Healthy Food and Families Program, and $30,000.00 for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Pilot Program.
