Appropriates $1,768,035.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Board of Animal Health for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $1,119,460.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by or available to the Board of Animal Health for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 28 total positions: 23 permanent and 5 time-limited positions, with restrictions on salary increases and escalations without Department of Finance and Administration approval.

Allocates $250,000.00 from the Animal Health Disaster Response Fund for expenses related to animal disease outbreak responses.

Permits the Board to accept and expend grants, donations, and contributions up to $500,000.00 in carryover federal funds for operational costs.
