Appropriates $55,781,065.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Revenue for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) to cover operational expenses including the Homestead Exemption Division, Motor Vehicle Comptroller functions, Alcoholic Beverage Control Division Liquor Distribution Center, and Enforcement Division.

Appropriates $22,273,329.00 from special funds available to the Department of Revenue for the same fiscal year period.

Appropriates $94,000,000.00 to reimburse counties, road districts, school districts, and municipal separate school districts for property tax losses resulting from homestead exemptions under Mississippi Code Section 27-33-1 et seq.

Appropriates $6,000,000.00 from special source funds to the License Tag Commission for purchasing motor vehicle license tags manufactured in Mississippi only, with tags for state government vehicles to bear the word "Government."

Reappropriates $1,279,971.00 in Capital Expense Funds for IT infrastructure, facility repairs, equipment, ABC Liquor Distribution Center operations, computer hardware, and data storage/firewall protection; authorizes 612 permanent positions for the Department of Revenue.
