Appropriates $3,205,828.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's Office, staff, and Governor's Mansion for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Appropriates $637,204.00 from Special Funds in the State Treasury to the Governor's Office for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 39 permanent positions and 7 time-limited positions for the Executive Department.

Requires preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bidding on commodity and equipment purchases with equal pricing, quality, and service.

Effective July 1, 2025 and repeals June 30, 2026.
