Appropriates $0.00 from the State General Fund and State Treasury to the Mississippi Department of Tourism for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Authorizes zero permanent and zero time-limited positions for the department.

Restricts personal services expenditures for FY2027 to not exceed FY2026 appropriated amounts unless the Legislature adds new programs or positions.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as FY2025 and to submit FY2027 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Contingent on passage of Senate Bill 2573, which creates the Mississippi Department of Tourism, and takes effect July 1, 2025.
