Lincoln County Board of Supervisors is authorized by resolution to levy an assessment on convictions in Justice Court, County Court, and Circuit Court of up to $25 per conviction, or up to $50 per conviction for driving under the influence.

Assessment revenues must be used exclusively to fund repairs and renovations of Lincoln County courthouses and pretrial detention facilities.

Assessment is in addition to any other existing assessments and court costs.

Authorization expires July 1, 2029.

Bill takes effect upon passage.
