Appropriates $545,000.00 to the Attorney General for Children's Advocacy Centers for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) from the Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi Fund.

Funds are designated to cover costs of serving abused children and conducting forensic interviews that support child abuse cases.

Legislature intends to transfer $2,000,000.00 from Department of Health Victim Services Fund (via Office Against Personal Interpersonal Violence) to the Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi Fund.

Legislature intends to transfer $3,500,000.00 to the Children's Advocacy Centers of Mississippi Fund to replace lost federal Victims of Crime Act funding.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
