Appropriates $1,600,000 from the State General Fund to the Administrative Office of Courts for CASA of Mississippi for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Requires the Administrative Office of Courts to establish the CASA Capacity Growth Program to award grants to local CASA organizations serving abused and neglected children in courts.

Directs the Administrative Office of Courts to develop and oversee the program in conjunction with CASA of Mississippi.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
