Exempts sales of baby formula and baby diapers from Mississippi sales taxation by amending Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code of 1972.

Adds a new exemption category (bb) to the existing list of sales tax exemptions for tangible personal property and services.

Effective date is July 1, 2025.
