Extends the repeal date of the Washington County Convention and Visitors Committee and its associated tax authority from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2029.

Maintains authorization for Washington County Board of Supervisors to levy up to 1% tax on gross proceeds of sales from hotels, motels, and restaurants (excluding restaurants with less than $100,000 annual gross income and hotels/motels with 10 or fewer units).

Continues dedication of tax proceeds (less 3% retained by Department of Revenue for collection costs) solely to the Convention and Visitors Committee for tourism promotion and development activities.

Preserves committee structure of nine members appointed by the Economic Development District of Washington County, with requirement to pay up to $25,000 annually to Washington County for facility use and support services.

Maintains existing provisions for independent annual audits, budget approval by Board of Supervisors, and separate accounting of tourism tax revenues.
