Amends Chapter 935 of the Local and Private Laws of 2019 to correct the parcel identification numbers for the Singing River Mall site in Gautier, Mississippi, replacing the previous numbers with 87116101.000, 87116105.000, 82435270.040 and 82426590.020.

Authorizes the City of Gautier's governing authorities to acquire, develop, sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the Singing River Mall site and related improvements for up to 75 years.

Allows the city to enter agreements with developers for less than fair market value if the city determines the development will create economic growth and provide economic, social, and community benefits.

Permits the city to issue bonds for the project's financing without such bonds constituting city indebtedness under state constitutional or statutory debt limitations.

Takes effect upon passage.
