Restores full voting rights to Tracey Michelle (McKinnis) Haymon of Clarke County, Mississippi, who lost suffrage due to a felony shoplifting conviction.

Haymon was sentenced on June 22, 1999 to serve five years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections and was discharged on August 30, 2003 upon sentence expiration.

Legislature finds that Haymon has completed all terms and conditions of her sentence and has conducted herself as a law-abiding and honorable citizen since discharge.

Takes effect July 1, 2025.
