Extends the sincerest sympathy of the Mississippi Senate to the surviving family of first-year House Representative Andy Stepp of Bruce, Mississippi, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at age 66

Commends Stepp's service as a pharmacist and owner of Stepp Saver Pharmacy for 35 years, as a University of Mississippi Pharmacy Program graduate, and as a preceptor for pharmacy students

Recognizes Stepp's legislative service representing District 23 (Lafayette, Webster, Pontotoc, and Calhoun Counties) and his committee work on public health, Medicaid, public utilities, drug policy, Judiciary A, and a pharmacy benefit managers taskforce

Acknowledges Stepp's community involvement as an active member of the Bruce Volunteer Fire Department and Bruce First Baptist Church

Directs that the resolution be presented to Stepp's surviving family (daughters Andrea and Anna, mother Willie Ard Stepp, brother Michael Stepp, and five grandchildren), forwarded to the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
