Designates February 11, 2025, as "Kappa Day at the State Kapitol" to recognize legislative members of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., and honor Brother Henry Walter Flowers' legacy.

Acknowledges Kappa Alpha Psi's founding on January 5, 1911, at Indiana University as the third African-American college-based fraternity, now with over 700 chapters and 30,000 initiated members.

Recognizes Mississippi's 22 Kappa Alpha Psi chapters (12 alumni and 10 undergraduate) chartered since February 27, 1941, and notes prominent member achievements including U.S. Congressman Bennie G. Thompson, Federal Judge Carlton Reeves, and multiple state legislators.

Honors Brother Henry Walter Flowers' contributions including his service as 16th Southwestern Province Polemarch (1973-1976), chartering 16 new chapters, and serving on the Grand Board of Directors (1976-1985) promoting voter registration, health care, and economic development.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Mississippi Chapters of Kappa Alpha Psi, Brother Henry Walter Flowers, and the Capitol Press Corps.
