Recognizes the creation of the Mississippi-Israel Joint Legislative Caucus to strengthen relationships and shared values between Mississippi and Israel.

Establishes specific goals of strengthening political, economic, and cultural bonds through advancing trade relations, facilitating educational exchanges, and promoting cultural understanding.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to the National Co-Chairs of the American-Israel Legislative Caucus, the Mississippi congressional delegation, and the Capitol Press Corps.
