Commends and congratulates the Hartfield Academy Hawks football team and Head Coach Craig Bowman for winning their second-consecutive MAIS 6A State Championship on November 23, 2024.

Hawks defeated Jackson Prep 19-14 in the championship game at Mississippi College Stadium in Clinton, with key player Kenzy West scoring three touchdowns.

Recognizes the 57-member varsity roster including player Kenzy West and coaching staff led by Head Coach Craig Bowman and seven assistant coaches.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Coach Bowman and Hartfield Head of School David Horner, forwarded to the Board of Trustees, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
