Team won first 17 games of the 2024-2025 season with an average victory margin of 24.6 points, including a 1-point win over Class 6A Jackson Prep

Led by 6-foot-3 sophomore center Liz Stevens (16.2 points, 14.1 rebounds per game with Division 1 offers) and 5-6 junior guard Holly Jackson (12.9 points, 3.2 assists per game, 1,000th career point scorer)

Head Coach Brooke Rhodes named PriorityOne/Mississippi Scoreboard Metro Jackson Coach of the Year; as a player, she scored 2,568 career points and led East Rankin to the school's first Overall championship in 2010
