Acknowledges Dr. Rimes' accomplishments including improvements in academic performance, student engagement, community partnerships, workforce development, literacy initiatives, and technology integration in the district.

Notes Dr. Rimes' involvement in state and national education organizations advocating for policies benefiting students and educators in Mississippi.
