Calls on U.S. Congress to repeal the FACE Act (18 U.S.C. § 248), which prohibits interference with access to abortion facilities and pregnancy resource centers, with penalties of up to 12 months jail and $15,000 fine for first-time offenders, and up to 3 years jail and $25,000 fine for repeat offenders.

Calls on President Donald Trump to pardon or grant clemency to all Americans convicted under the FACE Act for exercising constitutional rights to protest at abortion clinics.

Asserts that the Biden Department of Justice brought at least 26 FACE Act charges against pro-life individuals in 2022 while bringing zero prosecutions against abortion activists who vandalized pro-life pregnancy centers, and cites specific cases of pro-life activists subjected to aggressive prosecutions.

States that since the Dobbs decision leak in May 2022, at least 95 pregnancy resource centers and pro-life groups have been attacked or vandalized, with only 5 reported arrests, while Jane's Revenge claimed credit for attacks but had no members arrested.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to President Trump, Congressional leadership, the U.S. Attorney General's Office, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
