Recognizes the sorority as the oldest Greek letter organization in the United States, founded January 15, 1908, at Howard University, currently led by International President Danette Anthony Reed.

Acknowledges the South Eastern Region's 116 chapters (48 undergraduate and 68 graduate) across Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama, with 36 chapters in Mississippi, collectively contributing over 2.5 million hours of community service.

Highlights the sorority's advocacy initiatives including the "Advocate for Social Justice" program and "Soar to the Polls" voter engagement campaign addressing voting barriers, suicide prevention among Black youth, and maternal health disparities.

Affirms the organization's commitment to five core focus areas: Empower Our Families, Build Our Economic Wealth, Enhance Our Environment, Advocate for Social Justice, and Uplift Our Local Community.
