Recognizes Senator Hillman T. Frazier for receiving the Southern Legislative Conference "Thomas B. Murphy Legacy Award" for distinguished legislative service

Acknowledges Frazier's over 40 years of service, including 12 years in the Mississippi House of Representatives (1980-1992) and service in the Mississippi Senate since 1993

The Thomas B. Murphy Legacy Award is presented by the Southern Legislative Conference to Southern state legislators who have distinguished themselves through constituent service and active SLC participation

Directs that the resolution be presented to Senator Frazier in conjunction with the award and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
