Appropriates $13,059,583.00 from the State General Fund and $13,826,906.00 from special funds to the Department of Archives and History for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Authorizes $12,411,907.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, and fringe benefits for 155 permanent and 10 time-limited positions, with $821,337.00 designated as vacancy funding.

Reappropriates $22,751,705.00 in Capital Expense Funds for ongoing projects including the Vicksburg Military Park Interpretive Center ($5,997,080.00), repair and renovation projects ($14,268,419.00), and the Crigler Park Project ($2,428,214.00).

Provides $2,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Landmark Grant Fund for preservation of Mississippi Landmark Properties and $100,000.00 for capital development and maintenance of Beauvoir Shrine.

Allocates $50,000.00 for the Statewide Oral History Project and $750,000.00 for repair and renovation of the New Capitol, Old Capitol, Governor's Mansion, and War Memorial Building.
