Authorizes expenditure of $7,764,319.00 from special funds for Pat Harrison Waterway District operations during fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Approves 42 permanent staff positions with authorization for transfers and escalations in accordance with state law.

Allocates $700,000.00 specifically for park facilities repairs including bathhouses and cabins, excluding Flint Creek Horse Trail repairs.

Allocates $480,000.00 specifically for dam repairs.

Requires district to provide completion reports on park repairs by December 1, 2025, submit annual five-year project plans by July 15 each year, and provide annual audits to the Legislature and Joint Legislative Budget Committee.
