HB 16 - Yellow Creek State Inland Port Authority Appropriation

• Approves expenditure of $30,185,481.00 in special funds for the Yellow Creek State Inland Port Authority for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

• Authorizes 17 permanent positions for the Authority with no time-limited positions.

• Allocates $15,000,000.00 of the appropriated funds specifically for capital projects.

• Provides $50,000.00 for overtime, callback, or standby pay expenses.

• Requires the Authority to maintain complete accounting and personnel records comparable to fiscal year 2025 and submit future budget requests in similar format and detail.
