Appropriates $7,084,650.00 from the State General Fund and $300,000.00 from special funds to the State Fire Academy for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).

Allocates $5,318,118.00 for personal services including employee salaries, wages, fringe benefits, and vacancy funding for 62 permanent authorized positions.

Sets performance targets for the academy to train 8,100 students in FY2026 at an average cost of $1,151.60 per student.

Provides $250,000.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for campus improvements including water system refurbishment ($100,000) and matching funds for federal grants to purchase Pumper Engine Simulators ($75,000) and Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus ($75,000).

Reappropriates $1,825,000.00 in previously authorized capital funds for purchasing a specialty rescue truck ($75,000) and replacing heat building components ($1,750,000).
